or:The awnser above mine is completely false, if your parent has given you consent (At your own house, meaning they said yes and there your legal parent or guardian) then you may. So if your drinking and your parents gave consent and a cop shows up (Which would be highly unlikely), you are fine and they cant do anything about it.
