Can I go to art school in US from Vancouver with English Communication 12?

I am a student who wants to go to university for photography.Schools I want are like School of Visual Art, Parsons, Pratt, Brooks Institute, and so on

Can I go to these schools with English Communication 12 course instead of English 12 course ?
