i am a 28 yr old father my son is 10 now. i want to get custody of him. his mother is in state prison and has been for three yrs. he has always lived

i am a 28 yr old father my son is 10 now. i want to get custody of him. his mother is in state prison and has been for three yrs. he has always lived with me. well i want to do everything right for him and it would be alot easier for me if i just had custody. now can i get full custody and how do i go about doing so? i live in calilfornia

or:You should go to a Child custody attorney in your area. Hire a good lawyer he/she will get you the custody of your child to you.
