im dyeing my hair all black and ten my bangs and the front side pieces bright blue. i was wondering though if i should dye everything that i want black black and then bleach the parts i want blue because i was told that its hard to strip black so i wont be able to bleach the black then put blue becasue it wont come out how i want it. i just really need to know how to do it. i want it to come out perfect! so tell me the best ways and steps to dye my hair black and my bangs and front part of my hair blue,also if u have any good products or brand of hait color i should use that would be great!!! thanks
