I moved out my sims, and then whenever I go to a new place in the town, its the same sims? (sims3)?

I need help, When I moved my sims into a new house , they both were the same, there ar two characters still but both the characters have the same info

I need help, When I moved my sims into a new house , they both were the same, there ar two characters still but both the characters have the same information , and I can only play with one? Then I went to play a different house (not the same household), but the same people were still there in the new household ! ?

or:You might just have a glitch, I do not play Sims 3, but I really want it, just power down your electronic device you are playing Sims 3 on and try again. If the same problem is popping up you should go to ones Sims fourms- I think they exist- and ask about it there. You also might have good luck posting a video of your problem on youtube and get answers there. Good luck!
