My rental home burned to the ground. Will insurance cover fire caused by flood?

Will renters insurance cover this as a fire even if the fire most likely wouldn't have happened if it weren't for the flood? Water did not in any way damage the foundation or the living area of the house

or:I'm thinking the insurance would cover on the damage since it was caused by fire. Even if the flood came, the house didn't burn to the ground without the fire. On the other hand, you can always stay in touch with your insurance agent and seek for advice. Or you can check from accidents-happen.com. You can ask them what should be done to recover from the accident.
