Need to get copywright release of my wedding photos - Help!?

My wedding photographer did not give me what I ordered. She gave me half the negatives, but then I never heard from her again. My wedding was in 2006. I called her, went there, but she would avoid me. She owed me 15 bigger pictures. She is now out of business. I have the negatives, but she has a copyright on the back. I can not even make pictures of my wedding to hang on the wall. Because businesses need a copyright release. How can I get the copyright released if she has disappeared? Does anyone know what I should do?
