What does "I don't like something much" mean?

Im not english speaker and i understand this meaning in my language.but im not sure how to use.. "I dont like something much" isnt not clearly sentenc

Example i have bf.not i don't like him.but i only like him just a few.i can say i don't like him much? not good example though.
