What effect could a new factory being built have on a community?

or:What kind of factory is being built? It depends! There is positive and negative effect on having new factory in a community. The positive side was it can generate work to unemployed people in the community. If your going to build a factory you should consider the security, the environment, and the people. If you harm the environment and the people forget to build a factory! This is the negative side.
