or:What is the difference between ethics and morality?

or:While ethics is a philosophy that questions morality, values and subsequent outcome; morality is a developed and adopted 'code of conduct'.

or:Religion is belief in a God, in a scripture and it is something we follow. In fact, we are born into a religion. Culture is a way of life, normally religion leads to culture, but culture can be different from religion. When we talk of cultural activity, we understand it may not be religious, it depends upon our lifestyle, our philosophy. Ethics is a code of conduct. It our belief system, our value system and so is morality- we live with certain morals. And ethics and morality may be a part of religion or may not be. Having said that, more important than religion, culture, ethics and morality is spirituality. Religion is a kindergarten, spirituality is the university. It doesn't belong to any religion, we must go beyond religion, beyond culture, and we must go in quest of the Truth of who we are and why we are here.
