The railway has also revised Haulage Charge w.e.f. 05/12/2014 for all rail transportation tariff for EXIM Traffic. On perusal of the list it has been seen that there is substantial increase in the Haulage Charge which will affect a number of paper mills for their import of raw materials 2)IARPMA represented on Directions issued by the CPCB to the Control Board u.s 18 (i) (b) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for installation of online continuous stack emission monitoring system and online effluent quality monitoring systemAs many paper mills in the country are being served with the notices as per the above directions of the CPCB to install online measurement and monitoring systems and to connect and upload online emission and effluent monitoring data at State Pollution Control Boards and PCCS & CPCB servers by not later than 31st March 2015, IARPMA apprised it concern while the industry 3)IARPMA represented on CPCB directive to install online monitoring system for Paper Industry Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) issued directive to State Pollution Control Boards and Pollution Control Committees to take action against industries under Section 18(1)(b) of the water (prevention and control of pollution) Act, 1974 and the air (prevention & control of pollution) Act 1981 in the matter of pollution and control (in 17 category of highly polluting industries. CETPs and Common Hazardous Waste & Biomedical Waste Incinerators.
