Our dog at the age of 5 has recently started consistently urinating within the house... He has never done this before but now is constantly doing it all over the house... We mainly keep him confined in the kitchen due to him shedding too much hair and he urinates all over the kitchen ( 3 or 4 times a night)... Someone in the family recently went to university which May factor into it... Although on his return he continued to urinate in the house - we let him out before sleep and in the morning and during lunch.... Although recently our neighbors have got a dog which our dog spends all his time outside barking at.... Maybe he doesn't spend his time outside to urinate but instead to bark? We really don't know what to do and may have to give him away or put him down....

or:In my experience witg dogs, those that start \"un-breaking\" tend to be doing it out of anxiety. The \"loss\" of an owner alone can do it. Couple that with the confinement and it's a double whammy. Also, if the next door dofis a female it maybe \"scenting\" it's area.If its the first two, then free time and attention should start helping tge issue. A way to tell if its the latter is if the urine is dark and pungent - in that case I can only say it's doing what comes naturally and have no suggestions, sorry.

or:\"give him away or put him down\"Just do that, asking random strangers on the internet instead of a Vet is an indication of how little you think him, \"mainly keep him confined in the kitchen\
