3 weeks without a paycheck?

I been working at Jalapenos Mexican Grill for 3 weeks. We get paid weekly. The first week of me working i was unable to fill out information for taxes and everything. Second week still no pay. The end of this week is the third payday i been around, and my manager says ill get paid this week (3rd week). Since i been working there for a total of 3 full weeks. Will i get 1 or 2 paychecks for the two weeks i worked without pay?
