Im 5 weeks pregnant and over the past few days I have noticed mild cramping in the lower left area of my belly. It's always in the same spot. I didn't think much of it until this morning when I noticed bleeding. It's light red and brown, no clotting. Should I be concerned or am I just getting in my head about it. This is my first pregnancy and my first appointment isn't for another 4 weeks.

or:well the thing to do is go to the emergency room where they have a birth center and get checked out cause with cramping and bleeding it could cause a miss carriage so you really want to get that checked out asap that way you will know whats going on it might be your body telling you finally your pregnant that might be whats going on when was your last period.
