5 year old child and kindergarden teacher and parent??

Please help... my child's teacher has told me for the past second semester that my son misbehaves that he bothers the entire class and that he doesn't listen. He does do his work but he can't stay in place. However my son comes home with bruises on his legs... he got pushed to the ground and he got a scrape on forhead and a bump on head.son tells me names, I ask the teacher and she tells me that she didn't notice it, and nobody at school did ... hw is that possible? She then says its normal for kids to do that , that I cant imagine hw many kids fight everyday and that is the way kids are its nothing to worry about. I tried to tell her that that wasn't normal. So, complains from her about my son all semester ... a kid hit my son on the head becauz he closed a gate just playing around keeping other kids behind the gate Son was crying ... teacher said he got hit becuz he closed gate. Both kids spent part of their recess in cafeteria discussing d problem with principal.... my son most of d semester told me he didn't wNt to go to school ANYMORE... teacher would often punish him by sending him to another classroom of 1st graders.... now the last two things she did were to not allow my son to participate in a school activity which is called field day and send him to a classroom were he told me that this other teacher told all students all grades to put their head down in a mean voice. That broke my heart because my son is only 5 and he is supposed to enjoy school but he is learning to hate it. and since I tAlked to the teacher many times and she saw my son as the worst kid in class and I defended him... so last week she called him "the saint" because he misbehaved ... so she was being sarcastic of course a 5 yr old doesn't know that... I got tired that principal wouldnt call when he said he would, the teacher got tired of me as well of course and her body language would say it all. She looked @ my son with dislike And I reported her to school board... because I was tired .however ............. I feel that its my fault too that my son is the way he is and that the teacher might feel extra pressure with kids who don't listen.... and with a parent who argues that it's not possible that her child bothers the entire class...that he is being bullied by teacher and classmates as well but teacher doesn't see that because she has already targeted my son... ANYWAY I MIGHT B EXAGGERATING BUT POINT IS I KNOW SHE BUSTED HER @$$ TO BE WHERE SHE IS NOW AND MAYBE ITS PRESSURE ZHE FEELS AND CAN'T HANDLE MY SON ... I DON'T WANT HER TO GET IN TROUBLE FOR THIS BECAUSE LIKE I SAID I ALSO FEEL GUILTY THAT MY SON MISBEHAVES .... HELP ME UNDERSTAND ALL THIS I NEED TO SEE A BIGGER PICTURE .... SHE IS A HUMAN BEING N MAKES MISTAKES JUST AS I DO AND A 5 YROld who is just leARNING

or:well with your son make sure he doesn't eat candy a lot but if he is naturally like that might have hyper activity and the kids hurt him cause he is different or bad. With the Teacher just tell her your trying your best to keep him stable and he is trying his best to learn. And give him an chance
