Accidentally gave a cash refund for an even exchange?
Like stated above, I accidentally gave a cash refund for an even exchange and the lady tried to tell me. It blew over my head, and I gave her the cash
Like stated above, I accidentally gave a cash refund for an even exchange and the lady tried to tell me. It blew over my head, and I gave her the cash anyways and she got her item. It was about $10.93 total. There is a refund slip I have to put in my drawer (which has her signature and my name) , so I'm thinking of tell my manager about my slip up. Is this the right thing to do?
