Advice about buying online?

i all, I bought somthing from unpopular site. Seller wrote that he will ship the item within 15-25 business days. 30 business days is already passed.

i all, I bought somthing from unpopular site. Seller wrote that he will ship the item within 15-25 business days. 30 business days is already passed. Is the seller right that he demand to wait another about a month to refund? Should I ask paypal?

or:You know what maybe it's just cause its the holiday season that it's slow. Maybe your post office is having some troubles etc. you never know. I'd say just give it some extra time since its the holiday season and it might jut come! Just be patient :) take care my friend
