Alright, Windows 10 won't let me reset/reinstall windows, and I've tried everything?

I went to settings, Update and Security, and then Recovery>Reset This PC>Remove Everything, as well as every other variation of resetting windows, and

I went to settings, Update and Security, and then Recovery>Reset This PC>Remove Everything, as well as every other variation of resetting windows, and it won't work, something along the lines of your computer did not reset, no changes were made. The big thing that bugs me is, that I actually reset my computer about four days ago, literally, but I've had to do it again for similar but slightly different reasons. I'm practically stuck, and byt he way, I used the creation Tool Kit from Microsoft when installing windows on my custom built computer, and bought a digital code to authenticate the OS, but that was a while ago, about august or so of last year, so i dont imagine thats causing some kind of problem. Did they update something in the couple amount of days between me resetting? Or maybe some other reason? Sorry for bad grammar, im not foriegn or anything, i just kinda need this to be done and over quite quickly.
