or:I think the explanatory answer is to ask if they return the calls. If so then you arent and if they dont then you probably are.A person can be in school, a meeting, having a meal, be in a theater or doctor appt etc etc etc and put the phone on airplane mode or send calls directly to voice mail or turn the phone off. I've heard phones ringing but the person is away from their desk so it doesnt get answered and rings awhile before vm picks up.So that's not a big deal because they get their messages and call me back. No call backs then maybe you should take them off your xmas card list.
