Am I eligible for the Army Reserve?

I just have a few questions for someone who has some experience in this area. I will be heading to a recruiters office eventually, but I'd like to clear the air and have some questions answered first.

1.) Am I even eligible? I've looked on multiple U.S Army websites, but I just can't seem to find the right info. I'm 17, female, not currently in high school or college, and I am in the midst of obtaining my G.E.D.

2.) From what I can see, I don't qualify for the physical requirements. I'm 5'6, and 103 pounds. I'd have to put on some weight, but 14 pounds is a lot.

3.) I have Exercise Induced Asthma. I was diagnosed when I was 12, but it doesn't seem to act up anymore. Should I re-take the test? I hardly show symptoms anymore.

Anyway, if someone could help me out here, I'd really appreciate it. And yes, from what I see here, it seems unlikely I could ever enlist, but I'd just like to double check before I give up. Thank you!

or:Those who have a GED are categorized as Tier 2 recruits, and the army only allows 10% of Tier 2 people to enlist. Moreover, you will need to score at least 50 on the ASVAB test to even be considered. But there are other ways to get to join the army with a GED. If you get 15 additional college credits, you will be considered a Tier 1, and will have a much higher chance of joining the army. Also, you would only need to score 30+ on the ASVAB. You will also be considered a Tier 1 if you complete 675 clock hours in Job Corps.I would suggest you to start working out, because working out builds muscles, and muscles can increase your weight. Work on doing pushups and situps. Crunches are also helpful.
