hi guys, I'm about to develop a game with a small team in story that takes place in Hitman games universe, I'm having completely different character (Agent 53 instead of Agent 47) which works for an organization as an assassin.. and he is bald (like all Hitman in Hitman Universe with the suit) BUT his bar-code tattoo is on his wrist instead of back of his head..

the game would be a platformer 2 and a half D, with a unique story line and scenario created by our own group.

do I get in trouble if I try to sell this?

or:If you are asking that question here then your game is never going to happen. It's like a Nigerian kid in Somalia asking how much it costs to become a doctor in Canada because he really wants to be a Brain surgeon.

or:You can't do that. It's copyright protected. Come up with an original thing instead of copying what's already been done.
