Am I healthy? Am I eating enough? Am I sleeping enough? How is this affecting my body?

Ok. I am 16 years old, 127 pounds, 5 ft 11, and considered "skinny" by my peers. I have a few habits that I am wondering the effect they are having on my health. I will begin to list them off now.

My typical breakfast consists of about 2 to 3 packs of brown sugar great value oatmeal. Sometimes I get sick of the taste, and throw the rest out. I go through my over 8 hour school day because the food tastes terrible, and I do not have time to pack my lunch, and I don't feel like using my locker or carrying around a lunchbox. After school I would do like an hour and a half or so of tennis, without eating, and then go home and eat about 2 to 4 of either jelly / or honey sandwitches or 3 packs of strawberry poptarts.

So that explains my eating habits. Here comes the sleeping ones.

Although my sleep schedule has gotten better since I was 12, I think I need to improve on it quite a bit. I will lay in bed about 9:00 but I go to sleep by about midnight to 1:00 AM. I used to stay up until about 2:00 or 3:00 some nights but I improved since. If you are wondering, I spend this night time to catch up on YouTube videos I have missed throughout the day.

Now Hygene.

I have never really used deodorant just because no one ever complained to me that I stink, so I never really saw a reason to. I also brush my teeth maybe every 2 weeks to a month and usually with my fingers because I don't get cavities (I only have ever had one). I have no idea how my teeth are like this, but once my dentist commented on my saliva flow being strong.

Sometimes I kinda doze off in class. I do have depression, but I got allergic reactions to the medications, and have quit them since. I also sometimes get terrible headaches. Could these be symptoms of the way my body is not being taken care of.

What should I do to fix this?
