AM I MAKING THE RIGHT MOVE BY CONFRONTING HER? (sorry my previous question wasn't working)?

We hang around the same area and I really like this girl at uni, though I barely know her. In fact, so much that it torments me, the way she treats me

We hang around the same area and I really like this girl at uni, though I barely know her. In fact, so much that it torments me, the way she treats me. She has mixed feelings of me, sometimes she completes ignores me and likes to stay away and at times, we are in the same room and it was twice when we sat next to each other. I am thinking the next time we're alone, to talk to her and say "Hey, umm.. hello, sorry to bother you, but umm.. I see you hanging around this area a lot and well so do I and I have the funniest of feelings that you might have a problem with me. But do you?"
WOULD THIS BE THR RIGHT THING TO SAY?

or:No, you will make her feel uncomfortable. You should just say Hey, I'm (your name). What's up or something like that to make a conversation and see how it goes.hope that helps!(:

or:She's unaware of your existence. This statement is practically guaranteed to creep her out. Hesitation earns you bonus points in outlandishness.
