An employee broke hipaa, but do I have enough information to prove it?

I recently went to my family doctors office to find out that I'm pregnant! The lab obtained a blood specimen from me that morning. I went home to tell my significant other that the doctor confirmed my pregnancy with a urine test and that I'm still waiting to hear the result from my blood test. Later in the day my significant other gets a text from a girl that we both knew. She works at a local OBGYN for the same company as my doctor. She texts my significant other saying "is she really pregnant ?". He asked her how she knew that information. She told him she seen it in my chart. Then she told him she will tell the doctors at the OBGYN to be mean to me when I come for my first prenatal visit. I didn't go into her office and she didn't have me as a patient, therefore that is a HIPAA violation, correct? My significant other doesn't like drama so I don't think he will give me screenshots of the text to show her manager. I thinking Everything she does on her computer should be tracked, correct?
Could she get fired for this?

or:Is there something going on between her and your significant plus why would she want to tell the people at the clinic that your pregnant and to treat you badly that doesn't sound like just a friend it sounds like a trouble maker your right why would this gal want to start trouble with you and your boyfriend but it is in a hipaa violation also invasion of privacy breaking confidentiality laws which is a big no in order to prove it you would have to save the texts and have evidence that she broke theses laws.
