or:Tokyo Ghoul all the way .They may not have a colour for each character but every character has their own ,Kagune which is their own power .If you're sold on the colour thing then maybe madoka magica ,where there is pretty much a colour for every character that is a which hunter i think ,i haven't seen the full anime though and as far as i am up to ,their colour has no significance but they all have one .
