I have been suffering of hip pain for about 6 years and the last magnetic resonance shows a bilateral muscle tear in the ilio-femoral muscle. After many treatments and therapies I got a little pain relief. During my therapies I suspended my multivitamins supplement so once I got better from my pain I started to consume the multivitamins again and in a period of 7 days my hips pain emerged again.
So, I have this big suspects about the cause of my hips pain has to do with one or few multivitamins components....

I used Inmuvit plus for most of the past 10 years and the last one which made me be aware of the possibility of the issue was Mega vita-min from KAL.

or:\"Vitamins\" does not mean a magic potion. The body needs about forty nutrients to maintain health. You get those nutrients by eating a natural diet, but because people prefer one type of food over another, and because some types of foods are more expensive than others, it may be difficult to get a natural diet. You usually have to take pills to be sure of what you are getting. You have to study some books about nutrition so you know what to eat. Doctors have no training in nutrition so it's entirely up to you. (Occasionally a doctor will object to that statement, claiming that he has that training. After some discussion, it comes out that he is a trained dietitian. He doesn't even know the difference.)
