or:12/05/2016 a chunk of ice broke off in the Arctic & I asked NASA if they could find it, since its suppose to be the size of Mexico. NASA found it & said its a Glacier, so I figured out a solution for each Island & coastal Land mass. extract sand from 100 miles from shore & put it 25 miles from shore. Make a sand Barrier (Island) 25 miles by 25 miles & 40 to 60 feet high. This will stop a Glacier since most of its ice is below water & afterwards each that does this will have an extra Island. This is better to enjoy on your vacation & it can save Islands & the coast from being destroyed & where the sand is taken from lowers oceans for melting Glaciers. ( Environment is good anywhere). You can position a sand Island outside of our Nation without permission. Just like going swimming off the beach anywhere & because its easier/ no upkeep. Mike
