Atkins Induction phase?

Ive been doing the Atkins induction 20 carbs a day diet for 6 days. 65 days ago and when I started I weighed 167 an as of yesterday morning weighed 15

I've been doing the Atkins induction 20 carbs a day diet for 6 days. 65 days ago and when I started I weighed 167 an as of yesterday morning weighed 159.2. Until I totally crashed yesterday consuming at least 1,000[plus carbs?!?!?! :-( Now, yesterday before I ate everything in the house I weighed 159.2, and this morning after my food binge I way 170.4!! I'm of course back on the 20 carbs a day today, but I want to know..... Did I really gain 9 lbs in one day?!?!?! Please help, I'm freaking out here!!!

or:they call that binge eating so to speak but you should be eating 20 carbs and when your hungry and it has peeked like it did yesterday you can eat adkins diet and the food is great but you can really do it your self when you binge eat you gain all the weight back not meaning to that was represented that way you put the pounds back on i would see what you can come up with reading carbs is where you start at then watch what your eating and count the calories eat healthy when your hungry even if you have to eat smaller amounts this way your getting two for one you got to stay away from the high carbs and alot of calorie watching
