I want to have a birthday party and invite all of my close friends, and not just like one or two of them. So I am, but this annoying girl that thinks

I can't tell her, "I could only invite a small number of people" and I don't know what to do?

or:I think you are being a little unfair on this girl. She is obviously in your circle of friends, I know this sounds harsh but you have to be honest and just tell her straight. She will hate you but atleast she will know you hate her and not bother you anymore
