Back injury?

so i was playing football and i guess i moved too quick to the left because my back was really hurting on the left side. i dont know why but i kept pl

so i was playing football and i guess i moved too quick to the left because my back was really hurting on the left side. i dont know why but i kept playing and it was just getting worse. i went to the doctors and they told me to rest for 2 weeks, it got better but every time i turn to the left it is a sharp pain in my lower back and i dont know what to do ? this has been going on for months now only everytime i turn to the left

or:well first thing you need to see a dr and have some xrays of your back done it might be a serious injury it also sounds like a pinched nerve go back to the doctor and have them get you a appointment to see a orthepedist see why its not healing
