So I am awaitng on a yes or no about a background check passing, I am 19 and got into shoplifting trouble at my past job and was arrested, i have went to court and pleaded non guilty and we are in the middle of trial. Is that going to affect my chances of getting a job at a smaller store where I was offered the job.
