Bank saying transaction didn't go through even though I have receipt and store says it has?

my card asked for authorization from the bank whilst paying for an item. Guy got the code gave me receipt and goods and off i went. My card then got declined at another store. I rang the bank who put me through to fraud department who reactivated my card but told me that the transaction defiantly didn't go thorough. i told store this and they said it had because i have a receipt. No money has been taken from my account and bank still denying it. what should i do?

or:Try one more time in good faith, if they still say it was paid for then count it as a blessing.
