Blackish/Dirty Shampoo water in my eye! Help please?

Today I was dumping used water onto my grass when some of it splashed into my eye. The water looked gray or blackish and had shampoo in it so I looked it up in the poison control website. I believe it was toxic so I showered and splashed water into my eye. I believe I feel alright but I'm not sure. The shampoo was Garnier Fructis Active Fruit Protein paraben free fortifying shampoo and also Pantene Pro v nature fusion smoothing shampoo. Is there any way to help my eye or not go blind from this? or:Rinsing your eyes out with water will help. Its usually very unlikely it will make you go blind but it is possible if it was very toxic
