or:I have lived In ca my whole life and it is def not cheap, lol I'm guessing much cheaper than ny but still pretty pricey your looking at spending at least 1400 a month on just rent then you need to think about utilities which are most likely 350 - 400 a month in two years if you could save at least 10,000 you will be just fine
