Extreme reactions—including panic, depression, rage, or frantic actions—to abandonment, whether real or perceived

A pattern of intense and stormy relationships with family, friends, and loved ones, often veering from extreme closeness and love (idealization) to extreme dislike or anger (devaluation)

Intense and highly changeable moods, with each episode lasting from a few hours to a few days

Chronic feelings of emptiness and/or boredom

Inappropriate, intense anger or problems controlling anger

suicidal thoughts self-harming behavior, such as cutting (It use to be really bad, now only here and there I feel suicidal, and I also stopped self harming and have been clean for almost 8 months)

or:Well, the situation about self-harming hasn't invaded your life as something that's chronic and not understandable I do think it's a good idea to see a mental health evaluator.this could get you diagnosed and maybe get you some medication to help deal with it this far I would see about talking to someone about this.


or:do not self diagnosis yourself, it's usually bias and can be dangerous. you need to seek professional help, also, tell your parents.
