Can anyone move the tips of their fingers (distal phalanx) by themselves?

Okay so Ive searched google quite thoroughly and I cant seem to find anything on this. This might be a really weird question or even completely normal

Okay so I've searched google quite thoroughly and I can't seem to find anything on this. This might be a really weird question or even completely normal but I don't know anyone that can do this! So i came here as kind of a last resort to curb my curiosity!

Basically I can move the tips of my fingers (distal phalanx) without having to curl or move the rest of my finger joints. When I do it, if i look from the top it looks like my knuckles kind of slip down? I don't know, I was just wondering if anyone else can do this or if its normal, or if anyone knows anything about it!

I can provide a picture on request for further investigation :)

Sorry if its a really silly question! I've just really curious as I've been able to do it since I can remember.

(p.s Didn't know which category to put this in.)

or:I can do it. It's not a silly question, just a useless ability and nobody cares.

or:I can not do this, and no, it isn't a silly question. I understand that you are curious, we all are :)
