I have been struggling with dizziness since November 2013, the dr told me that my b12 was slightly low and could be causing these symptoms. I am now getting b12 injection shots which help for only about 2-3 days. But they only seem to help with my fatigue issues. My symptoms are the following; digestive issues, unbalanced, visions issues, cannot concentrate, headaches and I have gained an anxiety issue due to all this. I've gotten a cardiac test done which came out fine, blood test which says I have slightly low b12 and I am scheduled for an mri on July 17th. I am 23 years old and weight 230lb and I'm 5"11 in height. My life has come to a pause because of this dizziness, I can no longer enjoy my life nor go to work I am constantly laying down for the fear of fainting or falling down. If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears and I would really appreciate it.

or:they have a bigger dose of vitamin b12 ieve been told do you get the b12 shots once a month mabe they can give a pill to i'm not sure if they can you are under good care life can't stop here and i realize its scary but you have to pick up the best you can see if theres a way you can get the b12 more often

or:Eat green leafy vegetables. Spinach, mangoes and broccoli really helps. Eat iron rich fruits and vegetables and avoid take outs. After getting up eat a salad or have a bowl of cereal which is rich in iron. Continue this for a week and see if you feel a change. If you do then continue this as long as you feel your normal self again. Also according to your weight and height, your bmi shows that you're obesse. A little walking around may help decrease the weight and create a an energetic mind.People usually get these symptoms when they gain weight. I know this is the last thing anyone wants to hear but exercise and eat healthy. Don't give up all the junk but give it a try for sometime. All your symptoms show you're anemic but I'd suggest you ask the doctor.Good luck!
