I was looking to buy a private number plate for my car. I've been searching for a while now (numerous months) and doing my research but I still haven't been able to find a solution to my dilemma. Can DVLA make brand new private number plates? By this I mean, can they creat number plates that don't exist on websites as you have a new unique number plate idea. If I ring DVLA up, can they do that?
