Can I get rabies from a cat bite if the bites are not bleeding?

My cat just suddenly decided to bite, and didnt want to let go. Also it doesnt look like it broke the skin. Just some teeth marks and swelling. Also,

Also, when I tried to use a object to block the cat from trying to bite me, the cat starts meowing. I'm pretty sure it's not rabies but I'm very paranoid.

or:If your car had rabies it would be foaming and it is hard for a cat to get rabies. It is normal for a cat to bite when its agitated or playing. If you get bite just make sure you wash off the cut. The swelling and redness will go down dont worry
