Can I have my pregnant 16 y/o girlfriend move in with me and my family without her parents consent?

I just recently turned 18 and my 16 y/o girlfriend is pregnant and her mother is keeping me from seeing her and says I can't see the baby and they are moving to Florida.We live in Indiana. She's also claimed that she will be pressing charges against me if she hears that I've been over there ever again. My family and I want to know if there's any way if we can take her in to our home because the mom and her home are no place for a baby or any child to live in. She has mice, no hot water, shower doesn't work, she has hardly any windows. The majority of windows are those plastic for the winter that go over a window. I really just want to know what I have to so my child and her don't have to live in that.
