Can I legally move out of dads into mums?

I do one week at mums one week at dads. I don t really like staying at dads he makes me do everything for him and my brother can just sit around looking pretty all day. He always gets really violent like oh if you do that again I m going to give you a black eye or if you do that again ill club you in the head. He even says it infront of my family and random people. So am I legally aloud to move in with mum for 100% of the time? Do I have to get his permission? What should I do thanks so much

or:If your under age you might have to get permission you would have to ask your mom if its okay with her you need her permission to do so ask her if its okay maybe she can talk to your dad but I would tell her what's going on.
