Im 5'10 and i stopped growing in 7th grade. I was way ahead of everyone since I was 5'10. I was 14 at the time because I stayed back.I use to eat very little to loose weight when I was 14. I've been smoking and lifting weight(pretty much daily)since I was 15. Is there any diet or is it possible in the first place for me to still grow a little taller? Oh yeah I also jack daily and been doing that for the past 7 years idk if that has to do with anything.

or:Your probably not going to grow any taller real slim chance I would say. 5'10 is not a bad height at all that is the average male height after all. Consider this some women do not like really tall men and your not under the average.
