... acquaintance of mine borrow $50 to pay off a small debt. She had promised to pay me back but it has now been 4 months and nothing. She is ignoring all of my calls and texts now since I started getting more and more angry about it. What makes me more infuriated is that she constantly posts snapchat stories of her drinking and clubbing with friends, taking trips.
I have done everything short of begging. I have had enough. Do I have any legal options here? What can I do to get her to understand the seriousness of this matter.
