I think I have bipolar disorder (I have had a several mania episodes and several depressive episodes) and I don't know how to talk to my parents, mostly because I think they won't believe me or will think I am trying to get attention. It has been getting worse in the last few weeks and if I had bipolar, it would be the depressive part right now. I have spoken to a friend about it and I think I should really talk to an adult about it, but I just can't inmagine telling my parents. So I thought, maybe I could talk about it with a teacher, although I won't just to them and say 'I think I have bipolar'. I would be comfortable with telling my English teacher, but I am not sure if I should tell a teacher or if it would be ok to do so.

or:Hi! First talk to your parents and get confirmed that you are having bipolar or not. Consult to a doctor.
