Can I use a prepaid card on a phone that has been temporarily suspended?

or:Unless you go and buy a Verizon SIM card for prepaid phones, no you will not be able to simply purchase a Verizon Prepaid Card and activate that phone, you can find BYO Device Sim Card packages at most retailers however and you can put that SIM card into her phone and then purchase an airtime card!! Try it! ;)
