Can I use castor oil capsules for hair or do I have to buy it in a liquid form?

I was gonna buy normal liquid castor oil for my hair because I heard that it helps damaged hair but when I bought it I realised that its in capsules.

or:Im not too informed on castor oil. I personally use morrocon oil in my hair i tend to use 3 drops (Ihave thick hair, drops very on thickness) before I blow dry and it has been helping!! Also you can use conditioner that contains morrocon oil! Hope this helps:)
