I'm an international student coming to US in July for a summer research program. I want to buy a new iPhone, it would be best if I can buy an iPhone here with education promo. But I wonder that am I a qualified purchaser? I have a temporary student ID at the college I'm arriving at, but the policies Apple has given aren't very specific.
