Can outer Space really go on for infinity?

I know its a huge subject, but what or where do you all think it gets to or goes to then? How can it be infinite????????? or:I know its a huge subject

or:The space within our Universe may be, current calculations based on our limited understanding & knowledge make it 46.5 billion light years in raduis ( not 14.7 billion as per the age & light speed due to space stretching as per 2 points on the surface of an inflating balloon).However this is only seeing it in a 4D form! Also add the concept of hyperspace, multiverses & infinity is back big time!I do advise you to Google \"infinite space\" & visit New Scientist for an accessible further understanding.

or:Not only does it continue infinitely but have you every heard the expression \" we are each the center of our Universe\"? Well it's true. Going away from each of is is infinity but also the opposite direction continues on infinitely. When you take an object, say an apple and cut it in half, then cut one of the halves in half and continue doing that you will go on forever. Of course eventually you will get to point that our abilities to see matter that small will be reached but you can bet that however small or microscopic the piece is it can still be, theoretically, cut in half again. There is no end to it. Thus between going out into space forever or going the opposite direction forever we are each at the middle of infinity. Makes us pretty cool ( ya think?).

Unlike God\u2019s eternal existence, the permanence of any part of his physical creation is not independent. As seen in the earth, the physical creation must undergo a continual renewing process if it is to endure or retain its existing form. That the physical heavens are dependent on God\u2019s will and sustaining power is indicated at Psalm 148, where, after referring to sun, moon, and stars, along with other parts of God\u2019s creation, verse 6 states that God \u201ckeeps them standing forever, to time indefinite.
