Can she invite her date into our apartment?

My now ex and I live in a 2 bdrm. apartment with our two baby girls and both of us are on the lease.
She has been talking about having "guests" over, which I think is absolutely disrespectful.
Does she have the right to have guests over that I deem unwelcome?
And what can I do if I'm uncomfortable?
Can someone point me to the right direction so I can understand my rights?

or:If her name is on the lease she has every right to have guests over as well as overnight guests. Whether it is disrespectful or not or, depending on how old your children are poor role modeling it doesn't matter she has the right to do it.
