There is a child who is not permitted to go out and do anything. She is required to stay at home at all times when not in school. When in school she is expected to do her work and not socialize. Is she being abused? Can I report this?

or:Yikes. This can be unfair and also damaging to the child. The child needs to learn how to socialize to grow and be strong in this world. It is important to have schooling but just as important for her to be able to talk to people, I think this is terrible, almost like a schooling prison as every child should have at least some freedom to live like a child and learn outside world skills. I would call it abuse. Unsure if this can be reported but if the child feels she is having problems with her household, I am sure there is something you can do about this situation.
